She has over 25 years of experience across paediatric nursing, clinical trial coordination, and Clinical Research Associate roles, with extensive expertise in Phase 1–4 clinical research. Nicole collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant research outcomes, and contributes to research capability by delivering training, developing and updating standard operating procedures, and supporting researchers through the CTN submission process.
