CRDO Lead

Kate is the CRDO Lead, responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for CRDO that supports the delivery of high quality clinical research at Melbourne Children’s. In this role, Kate leads the CRDO team to develop campus policies, education and training programs; provide regulatory oversight for clinical trials and conduct quality assurance activities; and provide input into strategic planning/implementation activities to support the RCH to be National Clinical Trials Governance Framework accreditation-ready. She and the CRDO team also work closely with other campus research support groups, researchers and increasingly, with consumer representatives.
